Following special directions from Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, HERA organised a public e-Kachehri so citizens could raise concerns about private higher education directly with the Authority.
On the special directions of Mr. Sohail Afridi, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) convened a public e-Kachehri (open digital forum).
Students, parents, and other stakeholders joined the session to discuss registration, complaints, and quality of education in private institutions. HERA officials responded to questions and explained how the Authority verifies institutions and handles grievances.
The e-Kachehri reflects the provincial government’s emphasis on accessible, citizen-centred governance in the higher education sector.
